This Week’s Box

Nourishing health with the gift of food

Plow & Barrow Boxes are seasonally planned and freshly prepared by Chef Jason Dean to provide nourishment and enjoyment.

The Plow & Barrow Box includes 4 chef-inspired plant-based meals and optional homemade breakfast cookies. Ingredients are heart-healthy, plant-based, organic, minimally processed, and vegan (does not contain meat, dairy, or eggs).

We are dedicated to food systems that are regenerative, local, and properly scaled. We are working towards a farm-to-table process that does not produce excess waste or take advantage of the land, water, creatures, or people involved in the growing, harvesting, processing, and cooking of the food we offer our customers.

We are committed to maintaining a sustainable process. This includes purchasing reusable storage bags and containers. We do not use ingredients grown with pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides for the health of creation, creatures, and you. Additionally, we avoid using single-use plastic, styrofoam containers, and paper bags.

“Food is the daily sacrament of unnecessary goodness, ordained for a continual remembrance that the world will always be more delicious than it is useful. Necessity is the mother of cliches. It takes playfulness to make poetry.” -Robert Capon
